Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Italy, and in the future, Europe.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

• Italy: 2–6 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.

Refunds for Shipping Costs
If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal (recession) within 14 days, the standard shipping costs paid for delivery will be refunded. Any additional fees for express or premium shipping chosen by the customer are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number for all shipments where available.

Customs and Duties
For shipments outside the UK, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Naila is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
