Refund & Return Policy – Naila

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

If multiple goods are ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the last item.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of their decision by sending an explicit statement via email to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments received from the customer will be refunded, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the seller is informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

4. Return of Goods

Customers must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal from the contract.
The return address will be provided by customer support upon request.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns sent with shipping charges unpaid by the customer will not be accepted.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, products must:

  • be unused

  • be unopened

  • be in the original intact packaging

  • be returned in the same condition in which they were received

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Responsibility

The seller is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during the return shipment. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service.
